A Night in Honor of Dino on the Bacvice Beach

"Funk on the Beach" is the title of the concert planned for August 20th, to be held on the beach Bacvice in Split.

The concert is organized by Dean Dvornik, the brother of the king of funk in Croatia Dino Dvornik, who died prematurely, on the date of what was his birthday. Those days in Split will be marked by funk as several renowned musicians announced their attendance, among them Jeff Lorber, keyboard player and guitarist Jeff Golub.

As some other musicians have announced their arrival, there is a possibility of organizing the program for August 21st as well. After the successful organization of Enter Festival in Bacvice this past weekend, in two days on Friday, August the 13th Carl Cox is announced to perform on the Split Riva, and following that "Funk on the beach" happens on Bacvice. These three events placed Split high on the list of destinations of fun for this summer in Dalmatia.
