Split airport info

Split airport connects with flights to all over Europe. Most of the flights transit trough Zagreb airport but there are many direct flights also.
Split airport is also called Kastela airport or Resnik because it is actually located in Kastela city which is about 20km from Split. If you are tired of waiting in the airport building there is a nice park meadow where you can find a shadow from the sun a catch a nice breeze to cool down.

Airport passenger transfers

You can either wait for a shuttle bus or pick up a taxi car to Split.
There are numerous rent-a-car services available and the cars are located on a lot close to the airport.

Parking price at Split airport for cars is 7 Kunas per hour while first fifteen minutes are free of charge.

You can get exchange services and banking on the ground floor of Split airport in a bank called "Splitska banka" which is a branch bank of Societte Generale group. You will find it on the end of the airport building at the Arivals area. There are also a couple of ATM machines on the ground floor.

Split Airport Postal Service

The postal office is located on the ground floor of airport Split and it is open everyday from 7 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Friday and from 7 am to 5 PM on Saturday in the winter season. During summer season (which starts on 1st of July and ends on 1st of September) post office at Split airport is open everyday from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Split airport market

At the Split airport you can find mini market where you can by many Croatian and international magazines and newspapers. There is a vast choice of authentic Croatian souvenirs, gifts and other products which could come in handy while on the airplane. Split airport market is working the same hours as the Split’s airport (6 AM – 10 PM).
